VSG began working on this project in 2015, initially with a review of food and beverage operations, and over time it evolved to include a full plan review of the architectural design, coordination with other MLS teams to identify best practices, creating the job description for the stadium manager position and conducting candidate interviews, assisting in development of the furniture, fixtures & equipment list, and creating a game-day staffing chart for positions located throughout the stadium. Our overarching goal was to help the team create maximum operating efficiencies while offering a high level guest experience.
