Philips Arena – Organizational Review

In 2017, VSG worked with the Atlanta Hawks organization, as manager and operator of Philips Arena, to assess the fan experience. A team of four (4) VSG representatives attended a home Hawks game to evaluate fan ingress, cleanliness and restrooms, event staff and security, food service, and technology. Our work occurred at the cusp of a major renovation, and the information was married together with the impending physical changes to create as high a level of customer service and general impression as possible.
