In 2017, VSG was approached by the SPFD to perform a guest experience benchmarking project that included the Spokane Arena, Spokane Convention Center, and the INB Performing Arts Center. Our review included areas of parking, ingress, food service, restrooms & cleanliness, each venue’s website, and telephoning the venue and conversing with their receptionist. The benchmarking results were used as the basis for additional staff training and fan enhancement.
