Our work occurred over the span of two years and involved providing assistance during design and construction, and then during and beyond Grand Opening.
Our scope of work entailed a wide variety of areas that included plan reviews, command center configuration and organization, creating event policies and procedures, coordinating affected university departments, creating operating and long term capital budgets, signage review, event staffing, determining furniture/fixtures/equipment needs, training premium services staff, keying schedule, location of ATM’s, and contributing to discussions regarding television production.
