VSG Premium Solutions People assisted the L.A. Memorial Coliseum service operations team with the development of operating procedures that best aligned with their service goals and the physical layout of the new Scholarship Tower.
The Scholarship Tower contains the first-ever premium seating (club seats, clubs, and suites) for USC.
The project scope included creating sustainable and efficient standard operating procedures, research and recommendations of technology and software systems, and supplementary service element suggestions intended to drive service levels to transcend their premium member and suite holders’ expectations. The project’s culmination was comprised of live, in-game assessments of both collegiate and NFL games and the presentation of post-event recaps with after-action recommendations.
