Venue Solutions Group was tasked with creating a 30-year capital expense matrix for the home of the Fayetteville Woodpeckers, a Class A minor league baseball team.

Utilizing our database of repair and replacement costs, combined with our unique access to design and construction professionals, we were able to take the design document equipment lists and create a planning tool upon which the City could properly budget.
