Venue Solutions Group performed a comprehensive condition assessment of the ballpark and developed a 20-Year Capital Improvements Plan for MLB’s Milwaukee Brewers.

The assessment comprised of visual observations, benchmarking current conditions, design document reviews, and interviews with venue management. Our work was used to support the efforts in securing public funding for term and future improvements.

The scope included analysis of the following systems: architectural finishes, structural elements, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, technology, food service and merchandising equipment, vertical transportation and roof systems.
