Our initial work was to participate in the design phase of the arena to ensure a high level of operational efficiency, and as the arena was constructed, we assisted the team in preparing to manage the venue. We collaborated with them to write departmental policies and procedures, develop the life safety and emergency preparedness plan and preventive maintenance and work order system.
VSG was brought back some years later to perform a full facility condition assessment, and then most recently we updated the 20-year capital expense plan as part of the preparation in seeking funds for the arena’s first major renovation since opening.
