Venue Solutions Group performed a facility condition assessment this 6,700-seat multi-purpose hockey arena. The assessment comprised of visual observations, benchmarking current conditions, design document reviews, and interviews with venue management.

The scope included analysis of the following systems: architectural finishes, structural elements, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, technology, food service and merchandising equipment, vertical transportation and roof systems. The final piece of the assessment was a 20-year capital expense plan.
