Multnomah Athletic Club

Venue Solutions Group performed a facility condition assessment for this 600,00 square foot private social and athletic club founded in 1891. The work also included the adjacent parking structure as well as a small office building located offsite.

The scope of the FCA included major systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection), structure, vertical transportation, roofs, and aquatic elements (pools, spas), and identified the estimated remaining life for each system evaluated. The FCA was used to inform a master plan project being performed by an architect.
