Venue Solutions Group was engaged to facilitate the selection process for a manager for this 19,000-seat, multi-purpose arena and 275,000 square foot convention facility.

After 20 years with the same management firm, the City of Tulsa felt it was time to entertain proposals from management firms that might better benefit the City. VSG’s role was to develop the Request for Proposal and then shepherd the process for the evaluation committee. The goal was to ensure the committee had every piece of available information that allowed them to make an informed decision.
