Las Vegas Ballpark

Venue Solutions Group was brought to the project by the project management firm to participate in the development of this 10,000-seat AAA baseball stadium located just outside Las Vegas, NV.

Our work included a review of the ballpark design to offer enhancements to improve operational efficiencies, creating an initial organizational chart for consideration by team ownership, and developing a master checklist of preopening items.
