BMO Field

During design and construction, Venue Solutions Group first worked under the project management company and then transitioned to a contract directly with the Owner (Los Angeles Football Club).

While on this project, our scope of work included contributing to the overall building design, creating a staffing matrix and budget, creating job descriptions, and assisting with staffing layout.

We also developed an FF&E budget, created RFPs for medical and other services, developed a robust security plan, researched opportunities for shared services with a local university, and worked with management on preopening activities. After the stadium opening, VSG was brought back to perform other services, including creating standard operating procedures, conducting DiSC leadership training via VSG’s Advantage Training program, and providing interim leadership during staff transition.
