Venue Solutions Group was engaged by the NBA’s Golden State Warriors to assist in the development of systems and processes to operate their new 18,000+ seat arena.

We worked with the existing staff to identify and develop procedures grounded in industry best practices for safety and security, guest experience, operations and engineering, event services, production, traffic and parking, as well as capital planning.

VSG also assisted in the identification and deployment of technologies aimed at helping arena operations in tracking maintenance and event management incidents.
