Simsbury Meadows Performing Arts Center Life Safety Analysis

Under the Prime consultant, Howe Engineering, Venue Solutions Group (VSG) participated in a project to prepare a Life Safety Analysis for this outdoor amphitheater venue.

VSG’s role was to review and comment on several safety-related documents, such as the current life safety plan, evacuation plan(s), and event planning documents. We also performed a high-level review of the physical elements (stage, structures, sidewalks, fencing) for any safety issues. Then, we performed a safety assessment during an event, capturing information about staff and event procedures.
