Kentucky Performing Arts Master Plan Facilitation

Venue Solutions Group (VSG) has performed a number of services over the years for Kentucky Performing Arts (KPA), including an organizational review, the facilitation of an RFP process to select a third party for engineering and housekeeping services, and most recently, advising on an RFP process for a master plan of the three KPA venues.

VSG performed a two-phase project to facilitate the process of selecting firms to conduct a master plan exercise for The Kentucky Center, Brown Theatre, and Old Forester’s Paristown Hall. The first phase was an RFP process to select a marketing and feasibility research firm, and the second phase was to select the design team to create conceptual ideas and images based on the market study. It was anticipated that the actual design and construction project would reach into 9-figures’ worth of work.
