Venue Solutions Group was brought to Alerus Center to provide expertise in the proper use and configuration of walk through metal detectors used for ingressing patrons for events.

We reviewed ingress capacity, created the optimum layout for the metal detectors and associated divesting tables, trash cans and signage, developed key operational procedures and training methods, and identified staff placement, roles, and responsibilities.
