Working under the Prime Consultant, Venue Solutions Group participated in a large-scale study of the organizational structure of one of the largest convention centers in the U.S.

Our specific role was to interview operations and engineering staff to help determine available resources, budget allocations, and benchmarks, as well as provide commentary on existing vendor contracts.
