Venue Solutions Group was first hired by the City of Ralston to conduct an operational and financial assessment to reduce the annual operating deficit.

The assessment findings were compared to similar venues as well as best practices in the industry.

VSG was brought back to implement one of our recommendations, and we were tasked with shepherding the process of selecting a contract management firm to operate the venue. That work included creating the RFP, managing the interview process, and answering bidder questions, as well as assisting the City in evaluating the responses.
