Pinnacle Bank Arena

Venue Solutions Group performed a financial and operational review of Pinnacle Bank Arena, a 15,000-seat, multi-purpose sports facility, home to the University of Nebraska Men’s and Women’s Basketball programs.

The scope of work included comparing arena finances to comparable venues as well as reviewing the facility with regards to cleanliness, security, staffing, recycling, capital planning, and policies and procedures. The findings allowed the arena to realize areas where improvements could lead to a more positive financial outlook.
