Venue Solutions Group performed a full Facility Condition Assessment for the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority that was comprised of visual observations, design document reviews, and interviews with venue management.

The scope included analysis of the following systems: architectural finishes, structural elements, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, technology, food service and merchandising equipment, vertical transportation and roof systems. The project also included a 20-year capital expense matrix for future planning.
