On two separate occasions, Venue Solutions Group performed facility condition assessments of multiple venues for the Town of Cary.
The venues included Koka Booth Amphitheatre, Cary Tennis Park, WakeMed Soccer Park, and the USA Baseball Training Complex. The scope of work included a visual assessment of architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, structural elements, technology, vertical transportation, and foodservice service equipment.
All reports culminated in a 20-year capital expense matrix used for future resource allocation.
